Gel & Sodium Heparin Tube

The Gel & Sodium Heparin Tube is a specialized blood collection tube designed for plasma determinations in routine and emergency biochemical tests. Each tube contains spray-coated sodium heparin as an anticoagulant and a separating gel, which ensures clean and efficient plasma separation after centrifugation.

These green-cap tubes are available in a variety of sizes (3ml to 8.5ml) and materials (PET and glass) to meet the diverse needs of clinical laboratories. The inclusion of a separation gel makes these tubes ideal for high-throughput settings where plasma purity and speed are critical.

✅ Recommended Use:

• Invert gently 6–8 times immediately after blood collection.

• Centrifuge at 2200g for 10 minutes for optimal plasma separation.
